Three-holed Lotus Vase
This quirky, experimental vase is perfect for ikebana, a striking native plant arrangement or a sculptural tangle of vine stems. The round coilpot is made of grainy clay with three holes erupting from the top. The surface is inscribed and layered with slips and underglaze in a lotus design. Clear glaze inside and out. This is a heavy pot (2.6kg) making it very stable.
Size: H 16 cm x W 19 cm
All of my ceramic vessels are unique, one-off creations. They celebrate the organic, irregular and asymmetrical qualities of handbuilt ceramics. All pieces are functional, made from durable stoneware with food-grade glazes. Hand-washing is recommended.
